Sister Justine Church has been honored by the Ecumenical Council of San Diego for her work with the Interfaith Committee for Worker Justice. For the past several years, Sister Justine has been serving on the executive committee and as treasurer for this group, raising awareness of the San Diego community to the needs of low-wage workers.

Sister Angelika Kollacks, a music therapist in Berlin, Germany, has completed a project with the Maximillian Kolbe Center. Once a week, for a period of several weeks, she met with different groups of holocaust survivors from Eastern Europe, to help bring them to healing and reconciliation.
